Penro Injection 1 gm 1 Vial may cause seizures and other central nervous system disturbances. Use with caution in the patients with a history of seizures or any brain infections.

The safety and efficacy of Penro Injection 1 gm 1 Vial is not established in children less than 3 months of age.

Impaired kidney function
Use with caution the patients with the kidney injury. Dose adjustments are to be made if CrCl is less than 50 ml/min.
